This is a great looking and great performing hoverboard that was very easy for my daughter (a first-time hoverboard user) to learn to use. She enjoys the great color, and also loves the ability to stream music to it via bluetooth from her phone. Overall, she's very happy and this thing is pretty sturdy and holds up very nicely for her! She also really loves the lights/colors, and the light-up wheels, which look great as she coasts up and down in the dark at night. That also makes it a very nice safety feature for her when doing any nighttime hoverboarding!

I ordered this model the "Black Chrome" one for my nephews Birthday, I was so excited packaging was great looked so beautiful coming out of the well designed protective box and to get it a day early and a day before his Birthday party was so Amazing I was So EXCITED but that turned into HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT when it would not turn on and would only Turn on if the charger was plugged into it nor would it charge...So Huge DISAPPOINTMENT for all of us but especially my nephew NO CHILD wants to receive such a beautiful item only to wait for it to charge 3-4 hrs and for it STILL NOT TO WORK, so I did a return and reship did the UPS pickup option, return no problem, UPS picked it up next business day and dropped off the new one at the same time 2 days early again SO EXCITED did not turn on again when first taken out of box again it did not have a charge SO AGAIN CHARGED FOR 6HRS again DID NOT HOLD CHARGE !!!!!!! THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING its like buying a Brand New Sleek Car looks amazing but wont start but radio comes on cause blue tooth worked great Called customer service they just kept saying sorry yes there is something wrong we will do A RETURN BUT NO ACKNOWLEGEMENT OF THE FRUSTRATION NOR TIME AND ENERGY PUT INTO BUYING THIS PIECE OF CRAP SAVE YOUR SANITY, TIME, DISAPPOINTMENT AND MONEY AND BUY FROM SOMEONE ELSE AND A DIFFERENT MODEL

I bought for my granddaughter for Christmas. In May it started making noise and by July the thing was freezing up or catching and throwing her forward. I contacted Amazon who in turn contacted the seller. Seller replied it is out of our 99 day warranty so unless you purchased extra warranty you are on your own. So, my take is that something like this should be good enough quality to at least last a year. Since they only want to warrant your three months they must know they are building junk and don't intend for it to last longer than that. Built in obselescence. I will not buy another if this brand.

I purchased this hover board in late November for my son for a birthday present. He received it in January. Within a month we needed to replace the charger, which the seller did do. Within less than six months, the product stopped working completely, Can no longer catch a charge, and is completely trash. I reached out to the seller, hoping that this was a defective, one time issue, and that they would stand behind their product, but they did not. They gave me repeated stock answers with every inquiry. The board has logged less than 20 hours of use, was only used indoors, and is in great condition, yet it cannot be used at all. I wouldn’t buy this again and hope no one else would either. It is a waste of money and I have a disappointed 8 year old.
