My CX-300 came three days ago. Along with the robot was a bag with parts. The instructions don’t show me where to put those parts. They’re floatation parts and it won’t climb the walls and clean without them. I called customer service 3 days ago and am still waiting to hear back. The woman who answered had no idea where they go.
