Great pump and spillway combo. The only small negative is the little filter on the pump inlet gets clogged rather quickly. Since the pump comes with a filter bag I just removed the inlet pump.

    • Cheap tubing
Size: 12inch Spillway
Easy assembly. Flow is pretty good for a small waterfall. The tubing is cheap as hell. I laid it out in the sun for a while to try to straighten it because it comes coiled of course for packaging. I installed it and had to twist it some to work it to the box from the bottom. Within minutes the tubing separated in one of the flex joints. Of course with the leak, I’m unable to finish the final setup from top to bottom because I can’t trust the pressure it’s getting. Otherwise, it’s a good length on the tubing and the power cord. The light has a remote, too. It’s in a bag in the box. Update on day 2: Bought new tubing and attempted to slide it on the pump adapter. Used soap and water to help it slide on. My hand slipped, knocked the cover off and the flow control valve broke. Needles to say, I’m changing my stats to 1. This is cheap. If you want to be frustrated and throw money away, get this item. That said, if you just want a simple flow of water to simply connect with no high expectations, it’s ok. ... show more

    • Hard-working pump needs extra care to get the right look.

I am having a hard time getting it level to form a continuous aheet of water flowing into the pond. Also, thete is no automatic shutoff if the pump gets above water level or the power goes off. I like the piece of filter inside the pump but it does need to be cleaned frequently in my pond. The pump itself is strong. ... show more

I was reluctant to get this system because a few reviews said the hose broke or pump didn’t work very long. I have had an overall good experience with it though!! I had a murky pond so I put bio balls in the bottom of the spillway to help filter water and I had to rinse them out well the first few days!! I thought the pump had stopped working but I took the cover off and rinsed out some muck and it worked perfectly fine after that!! I now have a clear pond, (about 10x12) and I am glad I added this waterfall feature!! ... show more

Easy st set up & install. Works great for the small pond we built. Cones with a bag to put around the pump to help keep debris out. Was delivered pretty quickly. The light is bright with different colors to chose from or let it rotate through all the colors.

    • Pump vlogs too easily

It is difficult to get it level. The pump clogs do the waterfall stops running in a few hours. When I clean it up here is very little debris yer it stops to a mere trickle. I clean my pond every dpring so it is not dirty.
