The media could not be loaded. It works good. I was not sure whether or not it was you when I got it because it looked like it was very dirty. But it may be just the way it was glued together, minor issue. The one thing I don’t like is the pump I wish it was a little bigger or able to filter the water better.

This pump works great, I used it to redecorate my garden fish tank. It was easy to install and use, the stainless steel box is great quality, strong and durable. It pumps a lot of water and it's the perfect mini waterfall for me.

Great setup but a few flaws… first, the pump broke. It still pumps but the shutter thing on the end fell off so I cannot control the flow of the water, it’s wide open and it’s too much for my small pond. Second, the hose is too flimsy and any turn less that 18” makes the hose kink and the water flow will not stay steady. The rest of the spillway is great! Well, the plastic plug and fitting did not go in straight so I had to use silicone but other than that, all is going ok. I would like to have the pump replaced but we’ll see what I have to go through to get it. I may just have to spend more and get another pump.

Ordered 2 of these....they look well-made and seems like a good value.....unfortunately one of my units was missing 1 of the green filter brushes.....not a big enough deal for me to do a return, but something I'd like to have, so enough for me to try and contact seller to see if they could send just the green brush. Unfortunately I couldn't contact the seller directly because I was directed to Amazon customer support. 2 stars for the seller's lack of QC! Oh and despite my best efforts I didn't get a replacement green brush! Edit: I was contacted by the seller and I was happy with their response concerning my missing brush. I have had the waterfalls set up for 3 days and they are working great! As others have mentioned they are surprisingly quiet! I also like the fact that the waterfall doubles as a filter and they come with a strong pump! For these reasons I am changing my review from 2 to 4 stars. If you are looking for a great water fall feature for a pond....look no further!

I'm very surprised by the metals it is made from. Very heavy duty and thick medal. It looks very decent. It's also very easy to clean and easy to install/setup. It works well, and the water flow is perfect, not loud.

This Spillway is very high quality and honestly, for the price, is very easy to install and looks rather nice depending on the setting. in general, it's pretty simple, and the concept as it's just a Spillway, but because it's very simple it makes it very easy to install. The water that comes down is very nicely shaped and creates a nice texture on the water when it reaches, the only complaint I would have is that it could be slightly bigger.
