The media could not be loaded. I bought this metal spillway to build a fountain in my backyard. It’s easy to install and looks gorgeous. The light look amazing when is light up. We had an issue with the LED light because stop working after the first rainfall. But the customer service was helpful and refund me some money back and they are going to send me a replacement for the light. So I’m hoping I can light up my fountain again. I’m very happy with their customer service. Update: August 2020 they sent me a new LED light and now is up and working again. Great customer service! So I purchased this spillway last January 2021 and failed to function properly. Spillway is made with 2 sheet of metal that separated. Water came out in between the sheet metal versus on the top. Weld area has rust on them already. I would like to get a refund but I’m not sure how since Amazon app only had 30 day policy for refunds. Please advise if anyone know how to get my money back since this product made with cheap materials. ... show more

The waterfall worked just like it was supposed too for about a month. Then the water flow changed the welds had broken and by the time I was able to take a good look at it, it was rusted. I would not recommend it.

After a few months, I had an issue where the lights stopped working, but the company made it right by working with me and being extremely responsive to my emails and questions. They sent me a replacement and I'm back up and running again. The product works great overall.

I have searched for this type of product everywhere, and every thing was really expensive and everything I came across that had the LED light function - I had to select one color. Came across this product, price was great, and the fact that it comes with so many color options without having to stick to one - was a huge selling point. We put in a new patio with a water feature wall, and they work great. They were easy to install, and the LED light bar just snaps right in. Hopefully it will last the Chicago winters. ... show more
