The media could not be loaded. I bought this metal spillway to build a fountain in my backyard. It’s easy to install and looks gorgeous. The light look amazing when is light up. We had an issue with the LED light because stop working after the first rainfall. But the customer service was helpful and refund me some money back and they are going to send me a replacement for the light. So I’m hoping I can light up my fountain again. I’m very happy with their customer service. Update: August 2020 they sent me a new LED light and now is up and working again. Great customer service!     • I bought 2 due to faulty light controller for first one.
I had to buy a second one BEFORE I installed it (found no way to buy just a light controller and I had the thing for over a year before I finally installed it. Was willing to take the hit, bought a second one, lights finally worked but after short time it was just multicolor or off. Could live with that even but after about a year. some welds gave way or something and it started leaking heavily into the wall and where I had all the electrical stuff for my pond (pump wires, other lights etc. I had an access panel for these but didn't plan on having to get to the plumbing. The spillway is still broke. I finally after 5 months or so decided to try and tackle the project. having to knock out the back of my beautiful stone vaneered block wall to fix it and am installing a huge access door. Took my big concrete saw to it and am now sledgehammering out the block (it's a 2 block wide wall with gap between them where I ran the pipe. . Apparently a weld gave way on it or something but haven't completely got to it yet... a freaking nightmare repair. So bottom line, Cheap Chinese Crap. Had to buy two and ended up with a major headache anyway. Junk....! ... show more

The waterfall worked just like it was supposed too for about a month. Then the water flow changed the welds had broken and by the time I was able to take a good look at it, it was rusted. I would not recommend it.

    • Great sturdy waterfall with remote control lights
After a few months, I had an issue where the lights stopped working, but the company made it right by working with me and being extremely responsive to my emails and questions. They sent me a replacement and I'm back up and running again. The product works great overall.

I have searched for this type of product everywhere, and every thing was really expensive and everything I came across that had the LED light function - I had to select one color. Came across this product, price was great, and the fact that it comes with so many color options without having to stick to one - was a huge selling point. We put in a new patio with a water feature wall, and they work great. They were easy to install, and the LED light bar just snaps right in. Hopefully it will last the Chicago winters. ... show more
