If you're looking for a small aquarium and want something simple this is the one for you. I wanted a regular shaped aquarium for my single betta. A 5 gallon was too large and a 1 gallon was too small and i didn't want an irregular shape, it fit the bill perfectly.

This aquarium was shipped in a box with no cushioning at all. Came completely shattered inside of the box. Was refunded, but would recommending picking up same brand item at a local pet/supply store. The brand is great and I picked up the same exact item and it works as I expected.

    • Exactly what I was looking for
My daughter got some African dwarf frogs and we built them a bigger terrarium since we have 2 and they were in a tiny 1/2 gallon one. It was shipped wrapped in bubble wrap and inside a bag. I also purchased a couple of other items and so it came in a box with those other items. I'm not sure if I ordered just the tank if it would have been in a box still or not but it arrived with no cracks or damage. There is some glue along the inside of the glass along the corners and on a couple of the outside corners but looks great overall. I think the price is a little steep for the quality considering I could get a 3 gallon tank from Walmart for just a couple more dollars and there would be no extra glue along the edging. But overall I am happy with my purchase and it is exactly what I expected. ... show more

Perfect size for a betta fish. This tank is a fine value for the money, but there is sloppy glue along the edges of the tank that is unsightly. Not a functionality issue, but something to be aware of if aesthetics are important to you.

Tank seemed nice but when I opened it there was no packing under the tank and it just sat on the cardboard of the box it was in. It had a big crack in the bottom. The box was very thin and depending on where the box was packed it could have been damaged anywhere from the factory. I was given a full refund so that was nice. ... show more
