Lawnmowers, generators, and other small engines that love to get stubborn over the years... It's almost always the carburetor--especially if you or the previous owner used non-ethanol-free gas. I bought this kit solely for the carburetor, but since the air filter was dirty, I figured it might as well be replaced. It was a perfect direct bolt-on replacement for the factory carb on this particular lawnmower. It fired up on the first pull and ran like a complete champion for 3 hours of hard mowing.     • I had to get a replacement
The first one I got leaked out the front like a failed needle and seat, also ran like gas was being dumped in the engine, Amazon was easy as always on the return and I got a new one sent out in a few days and it worked just fine. These Chinese carbs are kind of a hit or miss, some work, some don’t.
