CPU error and started crashing on day 25.. I tried to contact seller to return under 30 day warrenty but never heard back.. now I am forced to own an expensive item while others enjoy their vacation .. yeah my fault! just ask anyone. I should have flew to swap out laptop.. Take WARNING NOTE — This laptop is cheaper because of one reason that I wasn’t aware of even after readin all Amazon / seller comments ‘ specs’ YOU CANNOT UPGRADE RAM and you’ll want to because 16GB is being taking half by windows ., You will see memory crash as I have twice while not doing a dang thing on PC.. Again CPU may be involved but Event Viewer mentioned ram .. So buy at your on risk.. ... show more

I've personally played Elden Ring, Conan Exiles, Spider-Man Remastered, Batman Arkham Knight and more on Ultra for all settings and it's flawless. Spider-Man I did set the amount traffic to low. But I'm sure it would work fine on medium.

Handsome system with great specs. I have gotten compliments at work on the appearance. Driver issues out of the box caused display problems. Got those mostly worked out. Great for engineering productivity. Gaming on it is possible, but you need to be plugged in or the battery will die very quickly. It also gets very hot in only a few minutes playing any modern game. All in all, if you can fix the display bios settings and drivers yourself, and you invest in a good cooling pad, this system is pretty good. ... show more
