    • Do not buy it unless you can stand crashes all the time
This laptop I bought only has 512 GB of storage, so I added another SSD to the second slot. However, if the second slot is in use, this laptop will crash very frequently and randomly, which is most possibly due to a flaw in the motherboard design or something else. First of all, I am pretty sure that crashes are only because of the design of the laptop rather than my second SSD. If you google this, you will find a lot of people facing the same issue. The crashes happen and the second SSD usage is 100%. If you exchange two SSDs, the second slot will still be randomly in 100% and make the system crash. From what I know, the only way is to use only the first slot, and then there is no expansion. Dell should definitely know this because I find that there are a lot of people requesting support due to this issue, but they do nothing. No update or replacement for the motherboard (if you only replace the motherboard, I think crashes will still happen), nor update on BIOS. In summary, only buy it if you think it is worth around 2000$ with only one SSD slot and ineffective customer service, or you can withstand random crashes. Besides this, everything is fine. Not so good and not so bad regardless of the price. It has been months since this laptop was released, and there is no fix to this issue. If Dell fixes this someday in the future, it is a mediocre laptop and you can consider buying it on sale. ... show more

It is louder than I was expecting but not overpowering and it can’t run at same level without being plugged in

No issues with the transaction. I receive the laptop as described. Its a very good gamimg laptop. The only downside is the battery life.

    • Nice laptop, not for gaming
This was a very nice laptop but could not handle gaming. Playing games like Cyberpunk 2077 and Dying Light 2 on the lowest graphics settings were too much for this laptop to handle. Instead of lagging or a drop in fps the game would just crash even had issues just opening the games at times. This also ran very hot, the gpu was consistently at 80+ deg C when gaming. On the plus side it booted up quickly (less than 30 seconds), the laptop looked great and loaded very quickly. If your looking for a laptop for school/work and very light/casual gaming this is a great laptop. If your looking for a laptop to game on the go best to look elsewhere. ... show more
