Getting this laptop was a good idea, not only does it run smoothly. However, it can handle the type of games that I play. The only thing to be aware of is that it can get hot, so I do recommend getting something to elevate it from not overheating, like a laptop stand. Overall, it works well, and it has a nice weight. Not a bad laptop at all. Only returned due to me wanting to get a full Alienware tower. Would highly recommend for people getting into gaming on laptop/ or people looking for portable gaming devices. Got this on sale for my step-son. It was a good deal. He had one or two set-up issues with sound driver updates and his drawing pad but otherwise he's been very happy with it. He resolved all issues by updating all drivers manually.
