My husband suffers from a back injury that he obtained during his service in the Air Force. Every night he has to take medication and me to rub his back, to get any relief. We tried some chairs while visiting the fair, and although they were helpful for his back, it was cost prohibiting for us to purchase one. I found this chair and it had every feature that the ones that we saw at the fair, but cost thousands less, so I took a chance and ordered it. The delivery took less than the estimated time— the chair was very heavy, so you might want to have plenty of muscle power to help place the chair after delivery. Assembly was moderate—if you have a hard time understanding vague instructions, you might want to hire someone, but more than likely you can do it yourself. The chair offers a great variety of settings- although it might take some time to understand different functions. Some people might find the chair a little confining, since your arms and legs will be restrained for most of the programs. It also has a Bluetooth speaker to pipe in soothing music or perhaps an audiobook. The massage rollers might be a little strong for some people, but we found that with small pillows, this solves any issues with that. Like a swimming pool, once others find out you have one, they will stop in for visits. Everyone that has used it claims that they feel better and issues that they has were lessen after a couple of rounds.

Everything about this purchase was wonderful. I visited the concord, NC showroom and the store owners there answered my questions and let me test the chairs on site. Then I got a black Friday deal, and paid for the Amazon extra, "room of choice" delivery. The chair arrived on time with a text to alert me beforehand. The delivery folks unboxed the chair, and carried it to my room of choice which has a standard door size (30 inch). They assembled the chair in that room. Note that the assembled chair does not fit thru a standard door (opening 29.5 inches). The delivery guys were so nice, careful, and fast, I was thrilled. The chair is wonderful. One of my favorite things about this chair is that it has rollers in the back of the chair as well as the calves and bottoms of the feet, it is certainly more than just a bunch of air bags. It just melts away any stress or aches. I wish I could give a 10 point review. This chair is voice activated, and I have not yet figured out how to work that feature, but the remote is doing quite nicely without voice control. ie - I have not had to read the manual yet. If you are assembling the chair yourself, there is a very nice youtube video to show you how, just make sure you have 2 strong helpers.

I recently purchased this massaging chair (3 weeks) and I must say, I am quite impressed with it (Alfine A665-4D-2023). The packaging was secure with wooden slats and the chair itself is quite heavy, requiring two people to bring it inside, you should deal with seller, tell them bring it inside (if needed). Installation was a breeze with only the foot massager, 2 sides and remote plug-in needing to be installed (plug and play). Once ready to use, I was pleasantly surprised by the various massage features, particularly the thai massage (Stretch). The only issue I encountered was with the voice assistant, which would randomly turn on "I'm here!", but it wasn't a deal breaker for me...except a little bit of "scare" hahaha. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase and the price. I highly recommend this massaging chair to anyone in need of a little relaxation in their life....Im 6feet and my wife 5feet2...that fit I spent a lot of time researching massage chair, comparing features and was especially worried about the quality when buying on Amazon! After 3 weeks of use, the quality is still very good! I will leave my feedback here if/when there is something bad about quality and service... because I understand many of you will be worried about quality like me before buying!

This model is A620. (Amazon has listed it as A665) I put it together basically on my own within a few hours. Step by step to make sure certain parts worked before I continued on. Found out that left arm airbags didn't work until I hooked up the foot massage. Note : there are 2 sets of electrical plugs on the left side armrest. One of which has a plastic screw connector to control the heat on the seat pad. Airlines are color coded and the dark blue one connect to the arm airbags connected to the seat cover. Thanks to the tech at the company, I found those and a couple of other issues. He was very knowledgeable and patient. Chair is HEAVY and 1 of the 2 boxes was huge ! It barely got through our door. Make sure you take measurements before ordering ! Works well so far. Heat on back, calves and hands is not too noticeable. It has calf rollers, foot rollers, palm rollers, airbags for your arms, hips and shoulders. The foot massager is EXCELLENT ! You will see fingerprints and dust on this chair, though, as it is high gloss black and matte silver.
