Unfortunately despite stating that the phone was unlocked, it was not. It took having to go to my service carrier to find that out. So frustration and time was spent on dealing with the issue and I ended up having to by a phone at Verizon and returning this one. Additionally I had to buy packaging and go to UPS in order to return it. Time is money so I am out more than the initial price I paid despite having refunded the initial cost. ... show more

    • No Message Indicator is a problem
This phone is almost as snappy as my old 2G phone which I miss terribly, but there are some srious flaws. One is there is no message indicator light and the preloaded message sounds can barely be heard if you are in the city. Hence I miss a lot of messages. Also they force you to have a YouTube and other apps on your home screen. You can't move them even though the whole reason I still have a flip phone is to put these distractions away. And the price is inexplicably five times the cost of the flip phones I was perfectly happy with just five years ago. This is the best flip phone currently on the market. It is actually usable unlike many of the others, but it is still missing very basic features such as an message indicator light. ... show more

Brought this phone and sent it to the Jamaica because they say it GSM and it can be use in the Caribbean unfortunately it didn't work in the Caribbean it was a waste of money would have sent it back but it was past the due day to return it. Do not waste your money buying this phone.

The phone was packaged correctly. Once I opened the box ... I noticed on the phone was printed AT&T. Unfortunately, the phone was unusable since our carrier is T-Mobile. I didn't have the time to return it, however I would like to.
