The bottom of the shoe is plastic, and there isnt much give. They are comfortable shoes when I wear them (on average 2-4 each game night). These shoes are very comfortable. I have the hardest time finding shoes that fit my feet well. I have neuropathy in one foot and toe surgery on the other foot so I really appreciate a great fitting shoe! I wore them for roughly 4 hrs and they were still comfy. I also have several pairs of “just so so” that got highly reviews but these are definitely better on my feet. ... show more

Let me first start off by saying.. These shoes are super comfortable and cute! I ordered these because I wanted a fun colored shoe for my open play volleyball nights that would provide me with the comfort I wanted, but also provided some support. I used these for the first time last night at one of my open play nights and here is where this shoe lost a star... this shoe has ZERO traction! I mean ZERO! I was slipping and sliding all over the place and even ended up in the splits at one moment due to sliding from the shoe. THAT was painful! I have never experienced this before with any other activewear shoe. Maybe they would do better on gravel or carpet, but gym floors are a solid NO for these shoes. Sooo I may just wear them leisurely. On the pro side, they did provide alot of support! ... show more

Size runs a bit larger. I wear a 7 in woman the shoe fit similar to an 8 in women. Color is fabulous They are easy to slip on The support could definitely be better. I’d rate this maybe a 2 star on the shoe. It has a bulge in the top front from how the shoe is made on the bottom. Material is very comfortable and your foot has access to breath. Loved this about the shoe Very light weight.
