We purchased the 8 piece set with fire pit. Very responsive seller! The boxes arrived on different dates and I began to get worried but everything showed up within the specified range and in good shape. My husband and I assembled the entire set in about 3 hours. It wasn't difficult, just a lot of screws needing an allen wrench. The bottom cushions are not as firm as I would like but that is minor. It looks good and works as desired. Not as easy to assemble as you think. I consider myself to be a pretty handy guy, but you are provided a combo allen wrench/wrench. This makes the assembly process take longer than it should. After putting the first two chairs together you'll get the hang of it and assembly moves quicker. Do not panic as all boxes do not arrive on the same day. Firepit puts out a lot of heat. The set includes two rockers and a table. The rockers are a great size, suitable for a large man. Unlike traditional porch rocking chairs, they don't rock back very far but are good for a minor back and forth motion. On the plus side, they can be placed very close to a wall or deck railing, and will still "rock." The table is small - maybe 18" square. The glass is a dark smoked color. The chairs and table came in a surprisingly small box and the box was packed tight with the metal and glass insulated by the cushions. I thought the seat cushions were going to be a disappointment, but once I opened the plastic, they sucked up the air and became about 2-3 inches thick. The chairs were easy to assemble. The "directions" are two pages of drawings. The only issue that I had is that it is not apparent which way the bolts are to go into the holes to hold everything to together (tip - the head of the bolts go on the outside surfaces). The directions indicate no power tools are to be used and that everything needs to be done by hand. I figured that was going to be a major pain, but it turned out it wasn't all that bad. It took me about 20 minutes per chair to assemble, by myself. The table took about 10 minutes. Altogether, it took about five minutes to unpack the box, read the directions, and about 30 minutes to assemble. I am impressed with the comfort and the ease of assembly, as well as the first impressions on build quality. The box came with a small bottle of touch-up paint - I will update the review after the chairs have been exposed to some weather - I am curious to see if they hold up as well as I hope they will! ... show more

We were about to spend 2,000 for a Costco set but luckily they ended up selling out! We looked and found these for an affordable price especially for the quality! •product arrived quickly! It came with a total of 6 boxes. The cushion covers did show up a few days later than the furniture. (They may ship separately) •came with multiple directions •easy to assemble •the fire pit came w/ a cover •it does come with an extra smaller back pillow / extra back piece if you want to do a corner seat • the glass that goes around fire pit is not shown on the picture it’s out away (it does not screw down) but it is heavy glass •when I first received the furniture I misunderstood and thought I had got the wrong color but once I got in contact with the company they were super helpful and were about to send me the appropriate color but then realized it was a mistake on my end and my cushion covers had not arrived 🤣 so customer service was GREAT! They also have a website online. •overall love our patio furniture 😊 ... show more

This was easy to build though it did take a few hours. It looks great and it is comfortable overall. I was most pleased with the seller’s customer service since I only received one package (and the whole package was flagged as “delivered” and they clarified that more were on the way. I also broke a piece of glass while assembling the fit pit and after writing to them for a spare, they immediately sent one out. I am thoroughly pleased with this purchase and I’m looking forward to hosting some backyard events soon. ... show more
