Then add the right amount of wig shampoo, gently massage the wig, avoid rubbing or machine washing, so as not to damage the hair (you can also use the right amount of conditioner to maintain the softness and luster of the wig after cleaning. After applying the conditioner, rinse thoroughly with water). 3. Gently press with a dry towel to absorb moisture, and lay the wig flat in a ventilated place to dry naturally, avoid direct sunlight. This wig is the 1st featured in the video/top left Pros: -Arrived in nice packaging -Came with net -Appeared brand new - Great texture for the price - I >loved< the flare bangs - Cap fit me snug though I have a large head with my hair wrapped tight Cons -cap texture was itchy -obvious shine -unnatural hairline -Tangled very easily Notes I bought 4 cheap wigs because I needed a certain color and the auburn was definitely a orange/red/brown. It's just natural enough that I could possibly wear it out on a date and wouldn't get too too many looks. It does have the obvious characteristics of a cheap <$10 wig since it has a lot of shine and unnatural hairline. Since I won't mind that I am a happy camper. I would definitely buy again for the price. Just keep in mind the purpose you need it for. I would recommend a nylon cap for the itchiness Will test the heat quality a later time ... show more

The media could not be loaded. For the price, these wigs are awesome. Packaged very well. Takes a bit practice to learn how to get it on. I purchased both the purple & blue. Purple is my favorite. The fake hair is silky & easy to untangle. Even can softly brush it if needed. But it does shed a bit of hair strands. Only gave 4 stars because the bangs are a bit wonky. I may try trimming the bangs a bit to make it easier to wear & see. Stays on good once in place. Love the long length. Just fun to wear! Recommend. ... show more

Holy chicken this wig is $13.00 and that is a steal. However, the synthetic hair is very shiny. Not Halloween store wig shiny, but not true to actual human hair. The wig in real life is a little less wavy than it appears in the product photos, but that's not a big deal to me. Plus, I combed it out with a hair pick as soon as I got it (the wig came to be in a bag and that's about it, so it was quite frizzy), so that might explain the loss of texture. The bangs are easily styled with a comb or spray water or something, but I haven't tried heat. The wig looks pretty great as long as you're not watching the part. It's one of those round parts at the top crown of the head, and basically it separates the bangs from the rest of the hair that is longer. You might know what I'm talking about. I hate those "parts". I hesitate to call them parts. Also, I had a couple issues with the wig cap. It's a black wig cap, which doesn't work well with the cherry-red of the wig hair. If you don't have the hair over your ears, you can the inside of the wig, the wig cap, and your real hair underneath. The wig also came with these straps to adjust to the size of your head, but for any wig I've owned I've never used them and gotten along fine. They are basically useless on this wig and they just get in the way unless you tuck them in, and that's difficult enough because the bangs get stuck underneath, too. Speaking of the bangs, some hair is shorter than others? Like in the photo I used, you can see the sideswept bangs, but there are also these clipped, inch-long little bits of hair that just kind of want to stick out on your forehead and it looks terrible unless you are able to hide them somehow. Luckily those ghastly smaller hairs seem to fall out on their own during combing. But I don't know. I'm an amateur cosplayer as far as the hobby goes and I was just looking for a cheap wig that would work well for me. I think I found that here, but if you've had more experience with wigs and cosplay than I have, I would probably go look for something else. ... show more

I wore the purple wig for Halloween. It looked incredible and made my costume. I was concerned it would be small, but it wasn't. The wig was very comfortable on my head. The hair length was perfect for me, I did not notice any of the strands shedding/ falling out even after giving the hair a light combing. The hair did not tangle and the color was so vibrant. I got this today and honestly, I'm fairly impressed. I'm not a daily wig wearer but there were some key points I enjoyed: - It's $10.99 and for that price I dont think it's "just a halloween" wig if you're willing to give a little TLC. Just remind yourself that you're buying an $11 wig...It's not going to be $100 quality but for the most part, I actually like it. - Yes you can tell it's a wig but if you really cared what people thought you wouldnt be buying a wig or you'd be buying one that is much better quality. I plan to wear this out because I have super short hair and like options, It'll probably be recognized as fake but I'm completely fine with that, its an expression and aesthetic I like so who cares if people know it's fake. - It does shed, there was no over exaggeration about that, however I was as delicate as possible and I really didnt get much fall out. I did brush mine with a very soft mens beard brush and doused it with dry shampoo and I think it does look more natural or as much as it can - There's one reviewer picture that looks as though there's not enough hair on the cap and I was worried about that but there's plenty, Obviously its going to take some manipulation to get it to fall properly but I wear mine under a hat and I think it has plenty of actual hair - The cap, on me, is a bit snug so I can easily see myself getting a headache if I wear it too long but I like the idea that its not going to move a lot. I did end up cutting the extender bands as I didnt need them - Wig comes with a cap :) All in all, I didnt have to magically grow my hair out or pay a ton of money to color it so I'm happy, its served it's purpose and I feel cute ... show more
