Chair was received packaged well. Box was in rough shape though. Upon unboxing and initial inspection found a hole in seat bolster. A small black plastic piece also fell out of mechanical mechanism area of back adjustment but hasn't seemed to cause a issue.. yet.

Purchased this since I mostly working from home. The chair is very stable and has good back and neck support. It does not squeak like my old office "leather" chair. I would buy again, but instead of cloth. I will opt for the synthetic leather for easy cleaning.
