I bought this chair for my grandson who is 17 and spends quite a bit of time watching videos and gaming. He is slim built and a little over 6'3" and the chair fits him perfectly for height. He says his neck feels more supported by the higher back and more comfortable when seated in a straight up position. He can lean the chair back in an almost flat position but says it takes a bit of getting used to and feels a bit wobbly for him to trust. . Padding in chair is firm but not hard. Its cooler than faux leather since it a sturdy fabric. I did some research before buying this chair and picked it for my grandson because there were a couple of 4-star reviews recommending it for taller gamers. ... show more

The chair is really nice and heavy with a supportive back. It's only been two months and the seat has worn out. I mean it's only been 60 days of casually sitting on it about 5 hours a day. I'm not sure if this can last a year at the current wear rate. The chair is plastic enough without being too cheap, I'm just curious how a pleather version would hold in comparison to this. ... show more
