****Buyer Beware ****This is a beautiful mess of a product. It looks great but does not work I have owned different heat presses for 5 years and never seen a heat press that when set on 350 fluctuates from 378 to 320 I cannot use this it is too unpredictable. The timer doesn't work either. When I reported it they sent me a video on how to set the timer. That will not make it work sir. It has mechanical issues.Also they approved my return but want me to pay for the return shipping for their product that does not work. I am definitely reporting them to Amazon to escalate this issue.
