This press is very user friendly. I had no issues with it. Can be used with skinny tumblers, mugs, can coolers, and glass. The max hight is 9.8" and the diameter is 2.8" - 3.4". Works like a charm. Adjustable heat temps and tight seal make a good sublimation tumbler or mug. I like that this has different heat settings. Overall price is good and makes a good product

Easy to learn and use. Took about an hour for setup and understanding how to use and now can turn out 100's of units a day if I wanted too. Great product and highly recommend.
