This was very easy to put together and start up. It doesn’t take very long to reach temperature for projects. Adjusting the tension for different sizes of cups is easy and smooth to operate. They supply you with a pair of gloves that work great and are not super huge on me. The only downside for me is the smell the first few times using it. But it didn’t take long for it to stop. Just a day or two.

I was so excited about this press. Every mug and glass had light spots where heat was not same temp as other places. I’m hoping it’s user error. It’s so pretty, I really want it to work…

It works and comes with printing paper for the designs to be printed on before putting it on the cups, just know you'll need a printer with some specific capacities that are in the fine print so be aware of that when considering this.
