I reallllyyy love this eye serum. I had used Garnier Skin Active Clearly Brighter Anti-Puff Eye Roller for the past few years, but I was growing increasingly frustrated with it. Between the price, few visible results, and the difficulty I was experiencing with getting the product out of the roller, I was ready to try something else. I stumbled upon this product when searching Amazon for a new anti puff/anti dark circles roller. I figured for the price, I couldn’t lose anything to try it. I am SOO happy that I did! First off, product is very thick (much more so than Garnier) and it spreads easily and absorbs nicely after about two minutes. I don’t notice any sticky residue, or pilling when I apply my next product. It’s incredibly moisturizing and hasn’t cause any issues or concerns with my combination, sensitive, and acne prone Caucasian skin. A little goes a long way and this 0.5 ounce container will last forever. Most importantly, I have noticed more results with this product in one month than I noticed with using Garnier for several years. I’m sure that it won’t undo tired eyes from a night of partying; but any realistic puffiness, bags, and dark circles it does help erase. It’s a beauty product, not a miracle cure, so as long as you keep your expectations in check and take care of yourself (as you should), I’m sure you will be satisfied. The only thing I can’t attest to is those dark under eye circles that are heredity based. I do not have those, as my eye issues are moderate under eye circles with morning bags and puffiness. I also am trying to target the first signs of fine lines and wrinkles, plus prevent future ones from occurring as I am now almost 36. This product has performed well here, and has decreased and softened these lines in appearance. The product comes out of the container very easily. Occasionally the roller ball with become stuck (I’m assuming from drying product or an accumulation of it) but this is easily fixed by manually rolling it with your clean finger prior to applying it to your eyes. I have become accustomed to proactively moving the ball with my finger before applying it to my under eye, and with this the ball moves with ease on my eye area. Therefore, the product comes out easily and there is no tugging at the delicate under eye skin, which was happening with the Garnier stick. Another huge plus is that it is all natural ingredients and is silicone free, which is something that I have transitioned to with skincare in the past six months. If you haven’t gone silicone free, I highly recommend that you research the benefits and consider doing so as well. To address the seller, I had no issues with their shipping methods or speed. I have not had to contact customer service so I can’t comment on that either. Overall 10/10 and I will definitely be repurchasing without a doubt. You can’t buy a better product, especially considering the price. I hope they never stop making this and that Amazon never stops selling it

This product was a great price. I used it for a few weeks didn't notice a big change. Also if it got into my eyes it did burn. Roll on applicator. I'll spend a little more on a better product.
