The headlights installed into the car ok, not a perfect fit they kind of stick up and don't fit as snug as stock. They look ok on the car, until you turn the headlights on. Even after adjusting the bulbs in the housings the light pattern is all over the place. Weird shadows and uneven light. I would just spend the money on OEM if I did it again. ... show more

Had them installed at a body shop. Never fit quite right. 3 months after install my high beams shine where my low beams used to, and low beams are more like fog lights. Spend your money on something better.

    • Left headlight assembly defective.
The right headlight was a perfect match, installation and adjustment was easy. The left headlight did not line up properly with Subaru's bolt pattern, and cast a shadow that did not resolve with adjustment. Along with the assemblies, all lights were replaced too. The left and right headlight bulbs were swapped to insure the bulb was not defective. The shadow results were the same. ... show more

    • After market - doesn’t fit well
They are brand new and shiny, however, the struggle to make it fit was not pleasant at all. My guy told me it was a struggle making it fit so it sits right. So far they are alright for the price. Ladies, you will definitely need a guy who knows about cars to install it.

Watched video on install, went a little slower than i would have liked, but it was more me, than the lights...removing outer skin of bumper was harder with the "tool" i was using.
