I purchased this unit to help with editing graphics for my work, and while the build quality of the controller is pretty good for a lower-priced unit compared to Elgato, the almost 1GB piece of software that you have to download is the reason I have to give this one star. My company's security software wouldn't even let me install it on my laptop as it flagged it as spyware. I then installed it on my personal laptop and found it to be slow and not very intuitive, and found there to be a delay in the macros launching within programs. Really wanted to like it because the multiple knobs would've come in quite handy, but will be returning.

i gave it 4 stars just because of one design flow, it has a detachable stand but the usb c connector is located in the back of the device, so you can't really lay it flat even with a right angle converter, it's gonna be wobbly, other than that it's fantastic, love to see it on my desk, if you don't wanna lay it flat and you wanna use it like in the picture you should get it

I know I'm not going to blow anyone away with this review I really wanted to rate it five stars it's actually very beautiful to use but my biggest issue is while I can get it to work and while the software seems to be functional the main issue is my computer constantly re-registers and registers it acting as though it did not connect or doesn't connect and then restarting oftentimes this even resets all of the macros that I've literally put in thus defeating the entire purpose when it does work it works perfect but unfortunately because it's constantly resetting in the software and I have no way of fixing that I literally have just stopped working and using it completely I'd considered whether or not this should be considered a broken product and haven't really found a viable solution. I've turned the third party software and literally have also not come up with a solution for how to block the annoying reconnecting and disconnecting sound ultimately this falls squarely on the product and while it is beautiful and stands out and very cool another issue I have is what the placement of the USB. It really should just be in a different location it's kind of hard to shove in once you manage to get it it's in there but yeah it's kind of in a weird location. I really really wanted to love this in fact I've been conflicted and I've only came up with one solution at this point and it's that I want to use the software built into it and find a way to modify it I know I'm not alone in this and I know that if the manufacturer can just provide that one update they would have a stellar product here at an incomparable price and that's why I'm giving it 3 out of 5 Stars although I would say it definitely is something that I don't think I would consider ever getting again until that issue is resolved.

Good in theory problematic in practice. This is a clone of the popular stream deck and while it has all the same features and options it does fall short in the software department. But first the deck itself is a bit cheap feeling, but still will put together, the buttons are a bit mushy, but are still all right and the knobs work perfectly fine. In the box they include the deck itself and a usb c cable with instructions that's it. The problem comes when you want to use it as this deck cannot be used at all without installing the accompanying software which was reasonably difficult to get your hands on the first place and must always be on for the device to function. This is the problem as the software itself is not that good it's pretty buggy and if at any point decides to not launch or not work properly the deck itself is a paperweight. When it is working it actually works quite well you can set up custom shortcuts it could change what each of the knobs does and it's great for controlling your PC and using multimedia apps or even some lite macros. To my knowledge this is mainly a windows device as I don't believe they said anything about Mac compatibility, but they really do need to improve the software. Overall the product itself is fine and works as advertised if they could improve the software and make it easier to get your hands on it then this could be a good cheap alternative to the originals stream deck, but if you're not willing to put up with the headache I would say look elsewhere.
