So, I purchased a smaller gen for my travel trailer that could not run the microwave very long. This monster does it with ease. I did the 30 min break in and then changed oil, good idea with any Equpment. I run it on a propane 20 lb. bottle, in the back of a pickup. Cleaner and safer. very quiet. can run the microwave, ac unit and air fryer at the same time and never revved up, which means it came off eco mode. so, it was no challenge for it. With that said, I plan to use this in a larger rv in the future and expect it to do well. electric start also a nice feature.

I’ve had a few generators. They die, lack of oil, they wear out. This one is a goodie! The hour meter means no excuse for no oil changes! I use it to power my off grid battery charger, and it works very well running a 30 amp charger. This is a great size for me, a 2000 watt Honda is expensive, and bigger and heavier. I gotta be honest, this is a feature packed little generator. My favorite genny, after 20 years of using them. Paid 325.00 or so. Super value! Crazy good!

Not recomended. Generator provides good power, very quiet. Unfortunately, contacting customer service is almost impossible. Once contacted they are very slow to respond to simple requests. Each answer takes several days. The starter switch went bad and it's taken a month ...still waiting to get a replacement. We will not purchase again from this company. No respect for our time or loss of generator.

This is a great generator for amount of power it delivers and how quite it is. Definitely recommend. Fast delivery, easy to get it started, no issues. The instructions can be better, but was able to figure it out myself. The batteries had to be pulled up to plug them in first time, the screws for the panel had to be undone first (wish it would just snap on and off), and the oil was hidden on the middle somewhere (inconvenient). Otherwise, as provided size & weight are manageable, quiet, compared to its alternatives. Best of all, has 50A plug I needed.

I have this connected to my 250 gallon propane tank. It comes with a 1/2 inch male quick connect for propane hose, so fittings on a longer propane hose if you need one would need a female 1/2 inch quick connect fitting. It comes with a hose for portable tanks. All works perfectly so far. Ran it break in period with no load on it for 5 hours then changed the oil. Oil change was easy. It will easily handle the 7000+ watt load we put on it while running the cloths dryer, computers, tv and lights in the house. It will handle up to about 5000 watts running on the quieter eco mode without bogging down. No hiccups so far. Electric start fires it right up and it purrs along nicely. The included battery tender keeps the battery charged to run the LCD display and electric start but isn't necessary as the recoil pull will start the generator even if the battery is dead. The display center reports hours is has currently been running AND total accumulated hours the Generator has on it. Voltage output and Load it is handling is also displayed. Safe to say I am happy with it!

The media could not be loaded. I have never used a generator before, so I referred to many brands and chose an affordable generator. At first, I was worried about the brand's low reputation, whether the product quality was not good, and whether after-sales service was not guaranteed. However, I found that I was completely overthinking!!! After work, taking it back and opening it gives a very stable and reliable feeling at first glance. The matte texture feels very good to the touch, weighing around 40-50 pounds. Adult men can easily lift it with one hand. I didn't know how to use it for the first time. I looked at their included manual and detailed quick start order, but out of caution, I still chose to consult customer service first (there is detailed contact information on the packaging box). The customer service responded quickly, patiently, and professionally, providing me with a video reference for operation and an electronic version of the user manual. Once successfully started, it will be effortless to use later on. Spring is here, I'm going to take this baby camping on the weekend, hahaha! The generator is very good, and this brand is also very good. Newcomers can choose with confidence!!!
