So far my Shichon puppy is very happy in it. I use a folded towel, since she's so small, to keep her from sliding, but it's the perfect size for her to grow into. It's easy to carry. The little side pocket is perfect for her travel bowl, poop bags, and leash. Am very satisfied.

I used this to take my puppy to the vet for her shots. I purchased a medium size for my 12 lbs. dachshund mix and it worked great. She had plenty of room above her head and on the sides. It was fairly easy to assemble and was sturdy and stable. The metal bars that slide together inside and connect were a bit tricky but didn’t take more than 15 minutes to put together first time. I liked the design of the crate because it allows for the dog to lay down and have mesh windows zipped open and rolled up. Is very comfortable for our 5yr old cat when she has to go to the vet or groomer. She does not do well in carriers and was not able to rip the mesh sides and break out. She weighs about 10lbs and fit nicely inside and was able to lay down and spin circles while she yelled at us.

    • Alternative for multiple Cats (Using for 3 active kittens)
After purchasing a few other "soft" crates for kittens that were flimsy and just a waste of time and money, I hesitantly tried this one due to it's size, appearance, and providing plenty of breathable air space. Most products these days are not about the consumer need and end-use, so when the smaller shipping box arrived, I presumed another waste of a product. I was wrong. This item has frame pieces that connect and integrate and make this crate sturdy for our needs. CONS: 1) Would have preferred to have a shoulder strap option vs just the handles. 2) Flooring material/pad is flimsy/thin and slides. Would need double-sided tape or velcro to keep in place.
