The kids and I love the versatility of this tube!! We spend many hours at anchor on the sandbar on Lake Winnipesaukee, and while at anchor, the tubes become the center of kid-play, and adult-relaxation, alternatively... The construction is high-quality. It takes a few minutes to get it inflated, and I highly recommend inflating the floor, the back-rest, and the body, in that order, otherwise you're wrestling with the tube while trying to get air in it. The performance of the tube, according to the kids, and the occasional adult riders, is superb. It has quickly become our most versatile towable. I do recommend at quick-attach tow-point for the chariot-style pulling direction. We bought one here on Amazon and it makes flipping directions on the fly quick and painless! From the dad/driver perspective, it takes a little extra throttle to get it sideways-airborne, but we figured it out in fairly short order. Great tube, just make sure you fill it FULL of air. I was hesitant at first and put probably 75% of the air I should have, because I thought it was like the usual cheap piece of #&% floatables and didn't want to rupture it the first time out. The consequence was that I ended up dragging around a couple kids, and a couple hundred pounds of water that managed to fill the areas between the tube and the outside covering. I ended up purchasing a REAL tube blower upper pump thing, the kind you plug into the wall and sounds like a jet engine when you plug it in. Don’t get me wrong we had fun with it. But for some reason in between the top and the bottom of the seated part was holding water And you could not sit back all the way without it pulling in water.

This is a great tube. My boys have enjoyed all summer. Seems to be made very well/durable. It can be hard to handle because of the size/weight but I think that’s expected with a well made, 3 person tube. My husband can manage it alone but I definitely have to have assistance when picking up/carrying it to and from the boat. ... show more

Works very good. It's quite big, so you'll have to fill it on the boat unless you have a large area for storage. We have a 25 footer and this barely fit on the deck with air in it.

    • Disappointed with the (lack of) Customer Services
The vinyl they use in their tubes is beyond light weight. Ours developed a hole within the first week. Contacted Airhead direct for help replacing the one tube with the hole (the one you sit on) only to be directed to a website where they were all sold out. No help from them, don't recommend Airhead products. Very disappointed ... show more
