Description

The Wilson Men's Rush Pro Ace Wide Tennis Shoes continue the strong tradition of the Rush Pro 3.0 and 3.5. The Ace has the same outsole as the above- mentioned models, and the upper is constructed of a breathable mesh, which offers strong ventilation and support. To enhance the shoe's stability, Wilson added the 4D Support Chassis and to cushion and protect the heel, they incorporated the RDST + EVA construction. The RP Ace is the perfect shoe for a recreational tennis or pickleball player. Compared with the Rush Pro 4.0, the Ace has a more spacious toe box. Upper: Constructed of breathable mesh, the upper balances breathability with support. Midsole:R-DST+utilizes highly compressed EVA material for dynamic cushioning and rebound. The 4D Support Chassis is an asymmetrical, heel-to-toe chassis that delivers enhanced stability, and limits supination and torsion. This helps players control pivot movements while setting up for powerful strokes. Outsole: The all- courtDuralastoutsole provides excellent durability and traction. Designed for hard court usage. I’ve purchased these shoes many times and I am very pleased with them. Light weight yet still very stable with good cushion. If you have a narrow foot but need a somewhat wider toe box, then you will likely be happy with these. 4 stars instead of 5 only because they wear faster on the sole than others-there’s always trade off’s though. This is probably the 7th pair of Wilson shoes I have purchased and used for any sporting activity needed. Could be Tennis, Pickle Ball, cross training, or running. Once you have a shoe that can go unilateral and straight you have so many options over a running shoe alone. My opinion.

I have used Babolat and K Swiss Tennis/pickleball shoes for years and recently was suggested to try these Wilson shoes… my first impressions after one play session. Immediately, I noticed how supportive and comfortable these shoes are compared to what I have been use too from K Swiss and Babolat… I’m beyond surprised, because to be honest I wasn’t expecting them to be any improvement over the other shoes that I have used in the past, additionally. Today we played on wet courts and everyone was sliding and slipping all over the place and I didn’t have a single case of slipping unintentionally… which is wild since I’m use to sliding for shots all the time on wet or dry courts… time will tell if these shoes last but so far so good… I love my old KSwiss shoes but I was only able to get 3-4 months TOPS out of those shoes before I had holes in the bottom… Especially when considering the price point of these court shoes and the good looks of the all white shoes, I would highly recommend these shoes to anyone playing tennis or pickleball… ... show more
