This Airflow straightening attachment is a great addition to your Airwrap tool arsenal— if your expectations aren’t too high. This tool will not straighten your air like a traditional flat iron. But I think the trade-off of having healthier hair is far better. If you have a lot of breakage or new hair growth, this attachment can leave those pieces a little frizzy. But if you have the smoothing attachment, it does a good job at laying those hairs down to lessen the frizziness of shorter hairs. I have pretty wavy hair, so this tool has been awesome at getting my hair straight with minimum overall frizz vs drying it normally with the Dyson or letting it air dry. It does take longer to dry/straighten it this way. But like I mentioned before, I think it’s worth it. My hair feels a lot healthier and softer after using this attachment vs my traditional flat iron. And I don’t feel like I’m stuck only just curling with my Airwrap. This attachment is a phenomenal bargain too. I’m actually shocked that Dyson doesn’t have a similar attachment that I can purchase separately to add to my Airwrap. Nope— I can only buy a whole new straightening system for the low price of $500– an obvious money grab. So, this a great purchase for my Airwrap without breaking the bank. Overall, this is a great tool to have if you like to wear your hair straight sometimes vs just curling with the Airwrap. It’s well-made, fit perfectly on my Airwrap, and does a great overall job at straightening my hair without the heat damage of a flat iron. Great attachment to have!

This airflow attachment for the Dyson Airwrap multi-styler is a cheaper option than buying the separate Dyson Airstraight straightener. It clicks into place like other attachments for the multi-styler. There are several different color options which is fantastic so you can get the one the matches your styler if desired. However unlike other reviews, I found this attachment not as useful. I do own the actual Airstraight straightener so am comparing this attachment to the product it is trying to reproduce. The instructions for this attachment says you have to hold down the end of the attachment while using it. This means you have to use BOTH HANDS to make this thing work, which is unlike most hair straighteners. The Dyson clamps down nicely onto your hair but this attachment does not clamp all the way down and requires your other hand to put pressure on the plates to make it work. For this reason, I will likely not use it on a daily basis. However, if I need to take my Airwrap styler on a trip/vacation, I would bring this attachment instead of additionally packing my separate Airstraight straightener. Overall, I would not really recommend it for this price. Quality seems good however it doesn’t execute well.

I really like this attachment for my Airwrap. It was very easy to put together and clicked into place without any hassle. The size is small and compact, which makes it simple to carry when traveling or just storing at home. I have only had it for three days, and so far it works quite well. It helps smooth my hair while drying, and the result looks natural instead of flat. I also feel more comfortable using it since it relies on air rather than extreme heat. The quality feels solid in hand and not flimsy.

This attachment suits perfectly with the Dyson Airwrap Multi-Styler Ceramic Pink/Rose Gold. The quality is well built, and it's a great addition. It's just compatible with Dyson and its third-party brand. The top can be a bit heavy for attaching this product to the multi-styler.
