Good item. Seems to be good quality. It's comfortable. It was a cinch to inflate. It's very comparable to a traditional mattress. I bought it as a cheap alternative, and it's working out fine. Plus, it's practical and portable. However, it does to seem to bleed just a bit of air over the course of a week or two. So, just re-inflate it for a minute or two and it goes right back to sufficiently firm.

This replaced a mattress that was starting to lose support overnight. The comfort level is great and it stands up to regular use. I had to knock off a star because it is quite noisy when you are inflating and deflating and it takes a longer time than the last mattress.

The media could not be loaded. Being new, as per instructions, the mattress will stretch and seem like it's losing air. Also cold air will cause it to shrink a little. I like the fast inflation, under 3 minutes for me, and the convenience of having the built-in pump. I am over 300lbs and yet I can sit on the edge without it tipping over. Weight is distributed well. It feels like a firm mattress even when the air gets low. I find myself giving it a boost inflation after about 10 days. All in all it's very comfortable.

***This is an UPDATE to my original review. *** The seller reached out after reading my original review and while I won’t say specifics , I will say they stood behind their product and made it 100% right for me. Their great communication and swift response to rectify the situation impressed me quite a bit. The next time I’m in the market for an air mattress , I will give them another shot because they stand behind their products and customer satisfaction seems to be very impotent to them. I added an extra star for that! I brought this particular air mattress based on the great reviews. And I have to say , for a while it lived up to the hype. I purchased it for my new apartment to use until I got my new furniture. I slept on it and it was amazing. It was so comfortable and I would get a great nights sleep on it. It never really lost any air over time like most air mattresses do. I would pump it up a little more every once in a while , not because it lost air but because I wanted it a little firmer. Then one day out of the blue …BAM! It just started getting soft out of nowhere. I tried to identify where the leak was but couldn’t. And I mean it lost air fast! I woke up in the middle of the night and it had lost so much air and become so soft …I was folded up in it like a taco! I was so disappointed. I had hoped to continue to use this air mattress even after I got my new furniture. I wanted to use it when company came over but now , it’s useless. I wish had been able to get more use from it and not have to throw it away after only 2 months. I’m sure I will get another air mattress for guest at some point but I don’t know if I would get this brand again .
