These colors are vibrant! My 7 year old has spent hours using this clay to make little sculptures of penguins and video game characters, choosing to use this over his tablet for a few days now. He didn't really have interest in their guide so I can't speak on that, but he has been having a lot of fun making art. I will definitely keep purchasing this as many times as he needs me to.

Overall this clay is a quality product. You get a ton of colors, good colors too, and a nice variety of them. The clay itself is really soft at first and easy to work with. It does dry quickly if left out sitting for short periods of time, but it's clay so you just have to be aware of this. It's been great for activity time for my toddler! For full transparency I received this item for free as part of the Amazon Vine review program. This is my honest review and is not affected by my membership in this. Overall, this item is one I WOULD consider buying myself if I had not received it through this program.

Its a cute set, but dont expect any time after just playing with it. We put the clay back in the container to use another time, and seem like after air got to it (20 minutes tops per color) they immediately dry. Even after feeling the same after 1st use as taking them out , as to the same feel putting them in the container. Not worth it for one use

Wow this is one of the best air dry clay sets I have come across!! I have older kids, preteens, and they enjoy doing projects on vacations or days off from school. I have used air dry clay in the past and love how it drys in 24 hours and sticks to itself well! While these containers seem small and I do worry if they will actually be enough clay to make ALL the projects, the choices to choose from are super extensive and the directions are super well done and a cinch to follow and replicate! We are going to try and make all the animals and pieces using the directions as also a size guide in hopes we can make everything! Even if we can't, this is a great value for the money for the directions alone!! You could use them for any type of clay and reuse them! This would also make a great gift! I also like how it shows how you can mix different colors to make other colors. Just very clear, very easy to follow instructions make a Mom's life SO much easier!!!

If your child likes playing with stuff similar to playdough, they'll love this clay set My daughter loves making things with clay so when she saw this one she was super excited to start using it The sets come with so many different colors and it gives a good amount for them to make cute figurines and even Christmas Ornaments. The ornaments would make amazing gifts for friends and relatives too!
