Installed a week ago. So far so good. Cooling is excellent. Amazingly quiet, even on the highest modes. I gave it just 4 stars because of 2 reasons. 1) The packaging of the outside compressor is not very good. Had to return the first unit because it was damaged in shipping. The reason was that the box cardboard is the thinnest cardboard. Way too thin for the weight of this thing. It also did not have thick enough Styrofoam to protect the corners at all. 2) The WIFI application for this is very very very bad. It demands suspicious access to GPS and other things on the device you install it on for one. That's not the biggest problem I have though. The big problem is that I haven't been able to get it to see the unit to connect to it. Followed the procedure to the letter. System gives the correct beeps when it is supposed to be in discovery mode, but nothing. Not a real killer for me because honestly I can't see using the application much anyway. So, for now I deleted the app from my phone altogether. All in all its a good budget mini-split. ... show more

This item arrived defective and dealing with warranty is a NIGHTMARE. They won’t ship me the replacement until I ship back the defective unit which is mounted to the side of my shop and will leave a big hole in the side of the shop while I wait for the replacement to arrive. I tried to go through the manufacturer and they’re not making anything easier and won’t do any communication other than through email which takes them 2 days to respond. So now I have 900.00 toed up in a unit I can’t use while I wait for SOMEONE to take ownership and make it right! ... show more

Product came delivered in perfect condition as it should...Just finished the install 10 days ago, the unit has been on and working good since then. Did everything myself, I had all the tools from the previous mini split that I have done. It's not hard. Just follow the directions; they are decent, not great. I installed a 24,000 BTU unit in my shop that is just around 1250 square feet with tall ceilings; 2x6 construction with insulation and drywall. Recently ordered a kilowatt meter to check efficiency. So far I would recommend this unit to someone wanting a cheap all in one ready to install mini split...Will hopefully update review in a few months in the dead of winter. ... show more
