I admit I was skeptical at first but I’m glad I bought this. I’ve owned Maytronics and Polaris robots in the past so I have some history to go on. At first I was surprised by the sturdiness and build quality. Since then I’ve been impressed by the robot’s ability to clean and maintain my pool. It charges fast and being cordless is a huge plus over the Polaris and Maytronics I’ve owned in the past. Couple of things to be aware of. 1. It won’t climb stairs to clean a tanning ledge (this is a plus for me because my other robots tried but always got stuck in shallow water). 2. You have to use a pole and hook to retrieve it when the battery expires (actually works pretty well). 3. There is no way to start or control it remotely (you’ll have to turn it on and put it in the water manually). Overall I love this robot. I hope it lasts a very long time. ... show more

    • Wheel assembly breaks
We loved this cleaner the first two months. But then suddenly stopped working. Front left wheel assembly is stuck. Remove the wheel for some thing blocking the area and there is nothing. The gears simply won’t rotate. Tried calling Amazon support and was disconnected twice now trying to get the warranty folks, but to no avail so far. ... show more

    • Just don’t!
I have had 2 dolphin cleaners in the past. I wanted to try a different brand because I have had the power supply on my dolphins stop working. This machine does not even compare to the cleaning of a Dolphin. It leaves so much stuff on the bottom of the pool! Also the filter cartridge gets stuck and hard to remove. The filter sometimes fills up with water and it won’t release without dumping all of the contents out. Charging takes too long and it doesn’t hold the charge very long. The knob to change the settings gets stuck and hard to turn. So basically WAY TOO MANY ISSUES! ... show more

This pool cleaner is awesome! It cleans extremely well and lasts until my entire pool walls and all are clean! Charges in about an hour too. Fantastic! Makes my life that much easier worth every penny. Great product. If it lasts the life of the pool it would be incrdible!

    • Didn’t work
The media could not be loaded. Product did not go in pattern specified and did not clean my pool. Tried customer support phone number and they are never available, I tried leaving a message, and they are never available, emailed and no response. Very disappointing. App didn’t work either.

I was looking forward to getting my first robotic cleaner for my inground pool. I did some research and decided to order the Aiper. Easy setup, a little on the heavy side but I managed. Then as time went by which 3 hrs is a bit long, the Aiper wasn't doing too good of a job. I set it to do just the floor since that's where the leaves are. For some unknown reason the cleaner wouldn't do the last section of the deep end. To turn around the cleaner went a tad up the wall then slowly turned around. I pushed the leaves out into the middle hoping the cleaner would pick up leaves and didn't. I gave up and let it finish its time. I tried the next day and again wouldn't do the last run in the deep end. I gave up and sent it back. I saw on Amazon a " new" one so I'm going to try another. Not sure if it's really a newer one cause they don't mention what's new about it. If all else fails, I'll send it back and move on to another cleaner. ... show more
