I live in AZ and bought this to help get sand out of my in-ground saltwater pool. The wind always blows here and I end up with lots of sand and due to hard water calcium flakes that the salt to chlorine exchange. Anyway, bought this and used it 3 days in a row now. Very easy to assemble and suction is good. It comes with 2 nets to catch the exhuasted waste. One is a loose knit mesh that is for leaves and such and the other a almost solid knit for sand and fine particulate. I used the solid one and it really sucks up the sand and calium flakes. My only complaint and why I would give it 4.5 stars is that the front attachment with the wheels and brushes hangs up easily and the wheels seem to lock up depending on direction of movement and pressure. It is not a huge deal just sort of a design flaw (in my opinion). Anyway works great and I recommend it. JULY 22 update. I have used it about 10 times. It did not take many uses for the bottom rubber gasket to come apart. I have a pebble floor pool and it is just too rough on the soft rubber. This product had to be made for a fiberglass spa or lined pool. Also the debris bag is tough to get on an off without taking off the whole basket frame which is tough to do and I am also afraid of breaking the small plastic clips holding it in place. When the debris bag is not on well, it blows off and dumps what you sucked up back into the pool. It works but buy at own risk! 1st, this one DOES come with a telescopic pole. At first it didn't arrive with the vacuum but then the pole was delivered the next day. It is a small vacuum, suction is good, not super like a normal vacumm...it's hard to tell because it's under water.... The amount of time to charge it was about an hour. Very easy to put together. My pool has gritty little dirt, some leaves, not super dirty at all as I keep it solar covered at night. My pool is a 15 x 24 above ground oval. I used it while I was in the pool, worked good, picked up leaves, dirt...the collection bag was easy to take off, rinse and put back on. If you have a really soiled, tons of leaves, and algae in your pool, you might need a stronger vacuum than this one. All in all, I am happy with this purchase. ... show more

I love this vacuum. I keep it charged and if I need to do a quick vac to get out some dead bugs or other debris I can do it without getting out the whole big pool vac and hose. It also has more powerful suction than my Creepy Crawler and my pool vac that hooks to the pump. Small pieces of metal got in my pool I tried both of my old pool vacuums and they weren’t able to suction them out, but this vac can do it. I am very pleased with this purchase. ... show more

Very lite and small but works well. Picked up small leaves and other tree droppings as well as small pollen particles. However the leaves and longer particles get stuck in the filter cage and don’t make it into the filter bag. I wish the cage was removable but it stays put after 1st assembly since u have you dig or pull Out the pcs from the cage. Not a big deal but could be better. It’s a keeper ... show more

Used it twice today for the first time. It is small, but works well. Two filter bags are included and easy to change and clean. I use it together with another robot recently purchased and it is a good team. The power compartment can fall off.
