I can't speak for the people giving low ratings for shut-off issues. There's basically only two brands offering a ps5 controller with paddles (scuff doesn't count bc big no-no), so I've been wearing the aim one out. It's $100 cheaper than the Hex, which has prettier skins and 2 less "paddles." To be fair the Hex looks better, but you literally can't vibe-check Doom Eternal on masochistic difficulties on ps5 without the aim paddles. Aside from a keyboard, these are Chad chungus. The real issue is merciless paddle sensitivity within ps5 menus. Then these controllers are pure evil. ... show more

The controller came exactly as-advertised and looks identical to the product photos. The paddles on the back have been a huge help with my K:D in Call of Duty and Apex since I have hand problems and the Smart Triggers are HUGE in reducing my reaction time!

The media could not be loaded. Product looks great and works fine for about a day....or a week, if you’re lucky. Then it just all of a sudden will not flash blue to connect. My son has to beat it against his desk or drop it (see video) to get it to flash blue to connect. He can be in the middle of a game and his controller will randomly stop working. Apparently this is a known issue. These controllers are way too expensive to have issues such as this. ... show more

I used the controller for gaming. The controller worked fine for three days and then all of a sudden it stopped charging. It would not connect to the gaming system as well. It would also blink a Orange light three times and would turn off.
