I’ve bought two of these controllers before. The first one was awesome and lasted a little over a year. The second one I have ordered is complete garbage. I haven’t even had this controller over a month, and I get stuck mid game with my analog either aiming straight up, or when I push it to tactical run, my character will jump.     • How do I fix left analog stick?
The only issue I have with this remote is when I play COD. My left analog stick when you press it, is supposed to make my guy sprint. That only lasted about two games. Since then, every time I press it, it makes my guy jump. It is extremely annoying!

    • Overpriced with questionable battery life and customer service
I purchased 2 remotes at the AIM Booth at E3 2019 for $300 plus tax. The covers and outer material quality is great. HOWEVER, the internals are questionable. They claim the parts are 100% new controllers, but I don't have these issues with authentic Sony controllers - but I doubt this claim and I'll explain why. Battery life is horrible, a full charge would drain within 4 days while off. I contacted their service which told me I had to pay shipping, then took over 3 months to return the controllers to me after they swore they tested them. The controllers had the batteries replaced, which DID NOT solve the problem. The controllers kept draining after I got them back. After nearly a month of back and forth with their service, along with their continual denial that I was having any issues and that it couldn't be the quality of their controllers (same responses from them both times), they told me again I needed to pay for shipping to send them back for more repairs. This time they said they'd replace the batteries and motherboards in the controllers. So again, I'd be out months of use and shipping expenses for $150+ remote controls. BTW, they don't offer refunds, so if you're outside the return window or if bought direct, you're screwed. No wonder they offer a lifetime warranty, because you can't use the controllers. Until they fix their quality issues, I would recommend finding another controller. Its not worth $150 plus paying $20 shipping every 2 months as you find out the parts are failing. ... show more
