Worked for 1 month then started dripping from the nozzle. Luckily I positioned it over the sink so all the soap just went down the drain and not on the floor. Update: Seller sent me a refund even though it was out of the return window, might order another since I did like it before it started leaking.

Love the design of the item. It was really easy to install it on the wall. I installed it within 5 mins. What you need after that is to add soap and it is really to use. This foam soap dispenser is a good value for the money. The build quality is solid although not quite as solid and sturdy as foam dispensers you find in public restrooms. When pressing the bar to dispense soap, there is a little bit of uneven movement depending on where you press. The amount of soap dispensed per press is good and has a nice thick foam consistency. I installed this using the adhesive mount and it has a solid hold, however I am considering mounting it with screws as the adhesive mount allows for some small diagonal movement when pressing the dispenser button. Make sure you use foaming soap as regular liquid soap will not work. I have made an effort to use products with natural ingredients and found that Dr. Bronner's Castile Liquid Soap works great as a foaming soap. It is ultra concentrated so you mix 3 parts water (distilled water works best) to 1 part soap and so you get 128oz of foaming liquid soap when you buy a 32oz bottle of Dr Bronner's.

Easy installation, but it doesn't dispense foaming soap very well. The same soap in other dispensers make a nice, dense foam. This dispenser kinda spews out watery soap with bubbles.

It's not complicated. Comes with a key hole on top and seemingly no key. But, you can just push the keyhole button in and open it. The key is inside the thing oddly enough along with the hardware. I mounted it to sheetrock in about 5-10 minutes with no issue. 4 screws. Comes with screws and anchors.
