instruction say "wait 5 min" and chair will fully fill out. This is after a week , if you just want it as a mat on the floor, dont waste your money. We bought 2, so I didnt even open other box. Thought maybe we would keep as a mat/bed, but then realized the zipper was broken. So we are trying to return both, and apparently there is now going to be a fee to ship it back. I have used this chair bed for several things. Chair for the kids to sit in and play games. Very good size for that. Kids’ ages range from 5-15 and they have all had plenty of room. Bed for the kids to sleep on. Again same age range. Plenty of room for them to lay out on the bed. Bed for me when my partner snores. I am 5’3” and I fit perfectly on it. Bed for the dog, even if I didn’t exactly give her permission to sleep on it. She is about 75 lbs and she seems very content and comfortable on it. I ordered 2 of these in dark gray. The 1st shipment was lost. FedEx said they delivered but obviously not to my house judging from the pics they sent. FedEx was not helpful at all in tracking where they delivered. I contacted the furniture company and they reshipped the order without any hassle.
