Ok I'm going to be honest...not sure what I expected this to be but I'm concerned about using this in my really nice dutch oven and having it melt...it feels like a thick plastic with a texture on it. I have a concern that this, being a plastic like material may not truly be safe to use in an oven at a higher temperature. I honestly am just not comfortable using this for making bread but may find another use for it. ... show more
