This sweater is made from a very fine-knit soft material which should be hand washed. I am 5”3 and weigh 168# and this fit me beautifully in XL. I will wear it with the cuffs turned back half way. I am comfortable having it either buttoned or unbuttoned. Such a great go with everything sweater. Not always easy to find one that is waist length. I love it.
