I love this fireplace! It is very sturdy and easy to put together. The lights were very dim and the colors did not match what is on the remote. I called customer service and was shipped a new upgraded light strip that is controlled by cell phone as well as a price adjustment since the price was lower than what I originally paid.

This is a nice tv stand, but it came with a chip on the very top where it can be seen. Very disappointed for all the trouble I went through to put it together to see the Very last piece to be broken. It's sad.

This is a product that has value once assembled properly. The assembly process follows a logical progression. Once it is time to add the electronics the holes to attach the fireplace screen has less than 3/4" clearance. None of my fingers could reach and hold a screw in place. I purchased a magnetic screwdriver to at least get it started and as it is a blind space got it right 60% of the time. Once assemble it is a great value product and works as advertised.

Sooooo I truly love this. It gives boujie. My only issue is the lights that are around it do not work. The color is dim and it doesn’t match up with what is pressed on the remote. I press purple and it gives me green, press pink and it gives orange. Only like 3 colors work. So unfortunately, I don’t turn those on and can’t use them. But other than that. I love it!!! Also the heat it gives is great!!! Honestly just makes my living room feel so cozy and relaxing.

This is the second fireplace of this model that I have ordered for 2 different homes. I love the first one didn't have any problems other than finding the on off switch the directions aren't easy and it takes a while to put together but I did it by myself the second 1 I ordered had A. Defective heating lighting unit in the fireplace, they immediately sent me a new insert and it worked perfectly. Thank you so much excellent customer service. I appreciate it!

The media could not be loaded. I have no complaints about this product it is sturdy & beautiful in person. Only flaw was on one of the pieces it was damaged but that piece goes where the fireplace goes & you cannot see it. I would definitely recommend this product I’m very happy with my purchase.
