I'm in my 40's and have tried pretty much everything on the market. I read the reviews for this and decided to try it, even the bad reviews about the scent. I sometimes am sensitive to scents. But I'm glad I tried it! One day and night of use and my cracked fingers are almost totally healed! they don't hurt and are healing up. And my skin on the back of my hands looks so much younger. Very smooth and hydrated. I'm soooooo excited about this! :) Merry Christmas to me! haha! Thank you for making this great product. I'm going to subscribe for an auto delivery. Also, it's not greasy like a lot of hand creams in that vasoline slime way that I can't stand. The Ahava is smooth and absorbs well. I don't mind the scent at all. But maybe over time they'll make an unscented version for people who are sensitive to smell.

I've used Ahava lotion for many years now. The Dermud body and hand lotions are wonderful. I live in a northern climate, it gets really dry. A good lotion is necessary. I wish it were less pricey, but it is quality. Also, I usually stock up when it goes on sale before the holidays. I recommend doing that. It is a great lotion with a mild, kinda earthy scent. My skin is sensitive and this is soothing. Love Ahava.

I have had bad eczema on my hands for a few years. Nothing seems to give me relief and I continue to try product after product in an attempt to find some relief. While I was in Paris, I spoke to a pharmacist about the problem and she gave me AHAVA Dead Sea Mud Intensive Hand Cream. I was amazed at how well it worked. After a few days, I was seeing good results. There was improvement in all 4 problem areas - itch, dryness, redness, and irritation. It is very smooth, easily sinks into the skin, and very hydrating- this is important for any hand cream. After one week, I barely noticed any itching. The scaliness, wrinkling and dryness of my hands were reduced… The cracking on the sides of my fingers is healing. The redness is almost gone. The irritation is completely gone. This is probably the most affordable and effective hand cream that I've tried. I've purchased it several times now and I've been able to maintain my skin without additional flare-ups. It has a pleasant scent and there's no need to reapply unless you just washed a sink full of dishes. I'm just so thrilled that my hands feel soft again and I can shake hands with people without feeling embarassed about my skin.

I first bought this hand cream in Israel at an Ahava store near the Dead Sea. I wondered whether the Dead Sea mud was a gimmick, but soon found the cream to be the absolute best hand cream I have ever used! The scent is a bit heavy for me, but it's a small price to pay for the incredible moisturizing the cream does. It soaks into skin quickly and leaves hands very soft. I am thrilled to be able to buy it on Amazon whenever I run out. Try it--you won't be sorry!

Love how it feels on my hands. Def hydrating and thorough however the smell immediately started to bother me and within one hour I showered. i am super sensitive to smells and this would make me crazy. Sadly it’s going back.

This is actually my first Amazon review so it’s quite meaningful for me to be doing this. I am a mail carrier, I spend 6+ hours a day outside. I suffer from extremely dry hands from about October to May every year. Bleeding cracks all over the tips of my fingers that hurt so bad that I go home crying every evening after work. I’ve gotten no relief from wearing gloves or using special lotions like O’Keefe’s. Until NOW! I have the whole line of AHAVA, and they’re all wonderful! My hands are cured from cracks and dryness, even within the first day of using the hand cream, I noticed a huge difference! I have also been working on my awful feet! My heels are always so cracked, even in the summer time. My husband cannot even believe the difference the foot mask has made! Thank you, AHAVA! I’m so happy I have you in my life!

One of the best hand lotions I have ever used. I have been buying this product on and off for 10 years now and it consistently stays one of the best. It deeply moisturizes and leaves the skin feeling silky and smooth. Would definitely recommend to anyone with very dry and sensitive skin - it used to really help me back when the skin on my hands was so dry that it would crack. The AHAVA lotion would soothe and well hydrate it. Even though the skin on my hands is no longer as dry as it used to be, I still love this product and would recommend it to anyone.
