The media could not be loaded. I got rose and it isn't overwhelming. It does make my bathroom and bedroom smell nice. The wax is very thin, I expect it to crack (it's wax) but not this much. I love the texture of my hand after I use Karite paraffin wax; it makes my hands softer and eliminate the pain in my hand. Temperature set options help me how fast I want the wax to get milted, and I can adjust the temperature for lower when I want to dipping my hands in the wax. The machine come with 10 packs of paraffin wax, and I ran out , then I ordered another 10 packs ROSE smell, then their customer service representative send me free 4 packs of lavender smell, they have great customer service and the one I get, she/he went above and beyond to help me navigate my orders through Amazon easier and send me screenshots where I can find different smells for the paraffin wax.
