First issue was I didn't notice this has no WIFI capability, so no app to help program. My old system has wired zones that I wanted to keep, because they are much more reliable than the battery operated stick-on sensors. There is no instruction on how to program the wired zones. It even comes with wired zone resistors, but absolutely no mention in the manual. The manual is all about the GSM card which I don't use. I have read the manual several times and there is zero information on wired contacts. I tried wiring the system up, but with no way to program the zone, it didn't see the circuit. Years ago, I installed many wired security systems, but without the wired zone programming codes, this unit is worthless to me. Just about all of these GSM panels have no website, tech support, telephone, email, or even a brand name, to contact for support. I am sending the unit back and hope this helps anyone that wants to use the wired zone features, you can't.

I was able to set this up in my basement and here's what I found. Overall I really like the alarm and I'm going to keep it. Great deal for $110. Cons: * The motion detector was getting false alarms when looking in the direction of my central furance, but he user manual did warn about that. * The manual is pretty terrible and really should rewritten by someone who knows english well. * The remote has no confirmation that the host heard your command, which is important to know. I find it works best if you hold the key you want to press down for 3 seconds instead of just tapping it. * The control panel has a built in speaker but it has no volume control. I found myself putting tape over the speakers so I don't wake up my family when configuring it. * The time is not obtained using the GSM signal. Setting the time during PM (1200+) is buggy and doesn't work right. Not a big deal, just set it one time during a morning. * I have no idea how long the batteries in the sensors are going to last, and have no way to know when they get low. The motion detectors light up every time someone moves while the system is disarmed... that can't be good for battery life. Pros: * Motion detection works great: no false alarms or missed detections. * Magnetic sensors work great too. * SMS and phone calls are fast and reliable. Cheap knock chines knock off. It does not come with instructions. I check on YouTube and there are many similar items which helped with setting it up. but good luck finding the same product for assistance.

pretty happy with this system for the money. I have a six thousand square foot shop and all sensors seem to handle the range fine. The included external alarm is crazy loud and shrill which is pretty much what i wanted. Th remote key fobs that came with it are pretty nice and sturdy and work very well at any entrance despite going through several walls. I use it as a stand alone but am going to try and connect it through a spare Verizon account i have. All in all im pretty happy with it for the money. If your looking for a fairly cost effective deterrent this thing is well worth the money. I would also like to mention i accidentally dropped the main unit on my concrete shop floor twice before i installed (dumb accident on my part) and was worried i may have damaged it but it works fine so i am guessing its pretty durable or reasonably well made.

Very easy install. I have had several of these types of systems over the years. This is the first one that came with the sensors programmed to the unit. Wow! Pretty much plug it in connect two wires for the siren and the power cord and it’s ready to go. The main reason I bought this set up was the remotes. Other systems I have had come with super cheap remotes that break in a few months of being on a key chain- the white plastic ones others sell. The four that come with this kit are metal and much higher quality. I use this in a building that does not have wi-fi so for me it’s all about making noise to scare away burglars. In 20 minutes I had two window sensors, two sensors and two motions detectors installed. Plugged it in and it worked perfect. Thinking about buying another for my house.

Arrived quickly with Amazon Prime. It was easy to install although the instructions are in Chinese English, so a little hard to decipher at times. I used the peel and stick strips after cleaning the surface area. Most held up but two fell off that held the very light contact part of the set. The glue area peeled off - not the pad itself. One motion detector and one contact alarm would not disarm and were causing false alarms. Contacted Amazon and I chose the option for replacement pieces. Contacted company, they wanted my phone number and address. Gave them my address only, they don't need to call me from China on this. Never got the replacement parts or heard from them again. Would have given them a better review.
