Honestly, the cage around the outer walls feels very sturdy. My husky hasn't been able to pry the bars like he thought he'd be able to with the last kennels I'd wasted my money on. I do believe it's good for its price, that being said. Might need to buy some small locks for the doors, it is sturdy yes. However w enough determination my husky was able to shake the tiny door until it opened & he was able to go through that. The welding for the bottom of the cage also look a bit.. well rushed. If my husky really decided on it w enough time I'm sure they'd give. PS cage is heavy, but very easy to maneuver w the wheels it comes with.

One of the best purchases whereby a doggie “house” complements an indoor area. Likes…please also read ONE sore point of “Dislike” at bottom (otherwise 5 stars).. 1) Heavy duty, next to no destruction 2) Wheels! Ease of rolling a heavy construction without damaging the floor. Elevated area allows cleaning and dusting of floor 3) Rounded ages, safer and adds a “soft look” to the heavy duty construction 4) Heavy construction of cross bars at top allows placement of other items on top of it, allowing more “space” in our case…flower pots 5) Easy installation - watch the video DISLIKE - All the cross bars (horizontally and vertically) are manually welded. That said, NOT ALL holes between two pieces to insert nuts and bolts are always aligned. Be ready to have smaller size screw, nuts and bolts to connect two pieces OR be ready to shave off some over-welded areas so the screw can go through the connecting holes to tighten the pieces

I have a 90lb husky mix with EXTREME separation anxiety. In 7 years, there was never a kennel he hadn’t completely destroyed/bent/broken & inevitably escaped. I typically bought your standard petsmart kennels, but I would have to reinforce them & that never held too long. I was extremely skeptical of other “heavy duty” kennels because the edges were reinforced, but the main bulk of the grates seemed about the same quality. I finally purchased this kennel & it has been an absolute game changer. After 2 years, it shows no signs of weakness or potential breaks. There have been moments of big life changes that really made him put it to the test & it’s withheld every effort. The double latches on the main portion of the door have been too tricky for him to figure out (both have to be open in order for the door to move). The bottom latch on the smaller door is much easier since it’s only the one. He did managed to pop that part open and squeeze out (I don’t even want to know how, it’s not a large opening) but I put locks on it and that hasn’t been an issue ever since (not even heavy duty locks, just a basic tsa luggage lock). Beyond that, the biggest downfall I would say it has it that the top completely opens as well & it’s latches are pretty loose. It took my dog about a year to figure it out (I just don’t think he realized it was an option) & even once he did, he never managed to escape. I threw on a U-bolt, just to be safe, and I haven’t had any issues since. If you’re debating between this kennel and another- I strongly suggest giving this one a chance. I am extremely impressed with how it’s held up.

Great product but would appreciate a new pan it has huge dents in it that cause leakage I would have rated 5 stars if the pan wasn’t damaged

I like the sturdiness of this and the latches. The door however isn’t evenly perpendicular so when you open it, it wedges the bedding constantly. And you absolutely need bedding because the tray fits under the bars. It has a feature on the top of having an additional door to open, but I would prefer a second door on an adjoining side so you could orient the bed whichever way you chose.

Bought 2 of this cage for my Lab puppies. Seems to be sturdy and well made. One of the package came with a broken plastic tray and some holes didn’t line up for the bolts, I was able to fix it by re-drilling it. Beside that, we’ll see how long will this cage last, Pretty easy to assemble and put together. Will update in the following months

Had troubles with thinner metal my dog bites and bent the other ones and was stepping in her poo so this one is great for her thicker so no bending and try on the bottom so no stepping in poo easer to clean

I got the version with the top door, one lock seems to be very tight and the other kind of loose. Also, one of the holes for the screws is partially blocked by one of the bars, so I could not get the screw in at all and had to use zip ties. Other than these things it’s a good cage and works well for me, plenty of room for my dog to be comfortable.
