    • love them, but something went wrong
i love these things, they are great for my work place that allows me to listen to music as long as i can hear things around me incase of emergencies, battery lasts my whole shift and then some when not using the full valume. By the way you dont need if you need to hear around you while still having a good valume to listen too, these can even go so loud you cant really hear people talk or walk around you, but you still get sound if it is loud enough. I almost never have an issue with them falling off or coming loss, i may re adjust the back band to be levle instead of slopped down but that all perferince it doesnt really affect the sound. My only issue after almost a year now, is they dont work anymore and i done really know why, they just stopped one day, they can still turn on and work normally but then need to be charged almost right after, but once i do then the light doesnt say they are on, and i get no sound at all, but they are on, and i can connect them to my laptop but its like they cant turn off, it feels like the more battery it has, they dont work, but onces they die from technically being on and i go to turn them on again they work just fine like nothing happend but on a dead battery. the only thing i can say is the casing its covered in did get comprimised a few month before this happened, a small corner was cut off by my razer i keep in my backpack when the cap to it came off, i simply avoided any water to prevent anything but now i cant use them, i have yet to find a way to keep them charged around that window of working and turning, the light doesnt turn on, it flicks for a second when i hold power but then no light comes on, no sound saying welcome to aftershocks, nothing, but a samll small ringing and my laptop saying its conected, but no sound comes out, and no indication of it turning off eaither, or that it can turn off since ill hold the butten long over then it should turn off and my laptop is still connected to it, im not sure if this is a small unforseen error in design or set up or if this is from user error, either way, would be nice it something like this can be avoided ... show more

I bought my Aeropiex about 14 months ago, and have used them almost daily since then. For the most part I reallly love them. I am visually impaired, so value being able to hear outside auditory imput while still listening to music, podcasts, or audiobooks. When I really want to immerse myself in some music or a movie, I have a pair of over-ear headphones, but while walking to or riding the bus they are perfect. I also wear them at work most of the day and can still be aware of other activity in the room. Pro's: 1. Good sound, while still allowing me to hear the world around me. 2. Really light and comfortable. I often wear them all day at work and forget they are there. 3. I swap the connection on the headphones between about 4 devices, and it keeps up no problem. Negatives: 1. As others have said, the beeps are annoyingly loud. I especially get frustrated when it loses connection with a device and feels the need to beep periodically for a couple minutes. I'm often connected to two devices, so when I wander away from one it starts the beep. Just one or two notifications would be plenty. 2. A minor complaint, but a charging cable longer then 2 feet would be really nice. Even just having one available to buy. 3. After 14 months I am getting noticeably shorter battery life. I have to stop and charge the headphones part way through the work day if I want them to make it through the commute home. That's still pretty good battery life though, so I can't complain to much. Overall, the positives far outweigh the negatives. If I were to lose my Aeropex I would have no hesitation buying another pair. They are a little more expensive then the competition, but if you can afford the pricetag it's more then worth it. ... show more

Perfect solution for wireless earbuds! None of the insertion buds stay in my ears. Shokz sound great and are simple and easy to use!

    • Great, but weird (UPDATED)
UPDATE: I've been using these for multiple hours *every single day*. After 2 years, the power button is starting to act up. I've put these things through the ringer. It's okay lil buddy, you can let go... Buying another for me to use until the buttons fall off. What I like: I can hear cars coming while I listen to podcasts and walk my dog, sound quality is great for music and podcasts, good volume. What I don't like: it sticks out half an inch behind my head (can't rest my head back on high backed chair), my hair catches on it easily, doesn't work well with certain pairs of glasses. What's weird: why does it beep every time I push a button? Like, I don't need the audio feedback when I push the pause button. When turning down volume, the beep when you push the button is SO MUCH louder than the volume of my music. When the battery is low, I don't need a lady to creepily whisper "charge me..." Just give me a tone to indicate low battery. Why aren't there skip/rewind buttons? For $160 I'm surprised it's not better. That being said, I do use these every day and prefer this type over in the ear earbuds. ... show more
