First. The cream oil moisturizer inside the box which was excellent is no longer available unless you purchase a relaxer. Reducing bulk in packaging is good but please the neutralizing shampoo is now in a package that can leak out before you finish. Trying to stand up a little pouch so that it doesnt leak while washing your hair is not easy. I think the last thing that has me thinking twice about this product was when I tried the glove. It came as just a silhouette of plastic that you could not actually put your hand in. If you're getting these items wrong what else. Luckily I tried another brand which was so awful I am willing to give this brand another go. ... show more
