I got this to take videos of my band with my new Smart phone. I did not want any accidents. I just got through using it and it was perfect. I did not need to use the gizmo to start and stop the videos because I could do that with my smart phone. However it might in fact be easier do use the gizmo. Overall, that should last a good while.

Practically speaking, the phone holder is exactly what I needed for recording UGC content. But even better is the accompanying remote control that worked seamlessly with my teleprompter app. This along with the affordable price point gets a well-deserved 5 stars!

Love the way this phone is made. Very sturdy and there’s no spring to hold phone in place. Instead you put phone in place and tighten it with a screw on side. The reason my old one broke because every time haven to pull apart to fit phone in-between. Overall very happy with this one!

This worked perfect for shooting my iPhone 15 pro Max on a tripod with along with a Teleprompter. The phone has to be offset to have the iPhone lens in the center of the teleprompter. I love this device as you thumb screw the clamps to hold the phone. Way better than the spring loaded ones which with the 15 Pro Max can be tough. This one is fantastic!!
