The measurements listed in the picture are not correct for the whiteboard part of the product or if you include the metal frame. Worse, I attempted to return it and got a message "this item isn't eligible for return. For safety reasons, items containing flammable liquids or gasses can't be returned to Amazon" This was not stated in the product information. When I asked what about this product is flammable or has gasses, the reply was it has "hazardous material". So they can ship me hazardous material without my knowledge but they won't allow the same product to be shipped back. SMH! Amazon issued a refund. But the product and the description still get 1 star. ... show more

    • Good, but there is a problem...

The arrival of the product was very prompt. The board is great for making quick notes, the magnetic feature is great, and it cleans easily. The problem is with the easel stand. It arrived with one of the screws being stripped, so the easel won't tighten, allowing the stand portion to slide on the desktop and fall flat. As a quick fix, I used hot glue to put along the bottom of the easel stand, giving it a rubber quality, which doesn't slide on the desk surface. It worked out fine, but I generally don't like to receive things that have to be repaired before I use them. (I could have/should have returned it but I had an immediate need for it, so it really wasn't an option.) ... show more

    • Stand isn’t steady
I was looking for a dry erase board to use at my desk, hoping to get rid of all those sticky notes lol. It works, does it’s job, only problem is that no matter how tight or loose the stand is it still slides down randomly throughout the day. I’m still using it, no more stickies at least, it I took the stand off altogether and it actually stays in place now.. just keep it leaned against the wall. Maybe it’s just mine. I wasn’t sure how easy it would be to keep this board up right on a slippery surface but I was pleasantly surprised that the back stand of the board is very sturdy and easy to keep upright! This board will be perfect for keeping daily work lists on and I am happy to find a white board that doesn’t require walls for hanging, all the walls in my office are slanted and not ideal for wall hanging objects. ... show more

    • Everything is good except for the stand

I've been using the whiteboard for about 5 days and the mechanism for adjusting and then securing the stand is already degrading. It's become nearly impossible to tighten it securely and actually stand up the whiteboard, I'm now having to just lay it flat on my desk, which kind of defeats the purpose of the purchase. I'll update this review if I figure out a way to MacGyver an improvement to the screws and adjustment system. The rest of the product is great. The whiteboard works well, erases easily, marker that comes with it is dandy, etc. just can't recommend buying it if you intend to use the stand. ... show more

The size is good for my purpose, however it arrived a bit out of shape - see second picture below. Both sides are covered with a film that needs to be removed, however it comes of in strips and feels like Saran Wrap. I’ve use a cuticle scissor to try and get the rest off but that didn’t completely get the corners clear. The film is underneath the gram and when you pull, more strings appear. I bought this when I had to school my daughter from home. It was easy to help her with her writing exercises to have something for her to copy from. as other reviews mentioned it isn't very sturdy, but it did the job for us. Great size white board and pen that comes with it. Reason I gave 4 stars, the stand itself comes loose as soon as you adjust it. It doesn’t stay tight. So you’re constantly tightening the side screws to make it stay. Not very user friendly for younger kids as they can not tighten it well. My kids get frustrated with it and I do too. ... show more
