  • Better
Size: 4' x 6' Color: Grey with Sliding door
Surprised by how much I like the final product. Thought I'd need to re-enforce a shed at this price point, but it's really sturdy. The assembly is best done with two people, and is more involved than some units I've assembled. Definitely pleased with the purchase.

  • Shed is Exactly as expected
Size: 4' x 6' Color: Grey with Sliding door
It took quite a few hours to assemble by myself. Highly recommend having someone to help at least hold it up especially when you get to the top portion of the frame ready to mount. It’s a little flimsy but overall great for the price. I would definitely recommend as a little tool shed. I fit a small bamboo shelf, a push mower, wheelbarrow, two pump sprayers, a weed eater, a hedge trimmer and a leaf blower inside with no issue. Added a rack i bought from Lowe’s so I could hang up my shovel and rake. Overall it was great, fit right where I needed ,it came in the dimensions it was advertised, and does the job I wanted it to do. ... show more

  • Difficult instructions. No flooring.
Size: 4' x 6' Color: Grey with Sliding door
The instructions are super difficult to follow. They don’t label anything with words like “door” or “side panel.” Just part numbers. Lots of trial and error. “Weather proof” design but no flooring? What? 2 person job to align siding and screws holes. Some screw holes not entirely drilled. Some screws provided are flawed. Gets warm inside unit. Positives: Nice size. Slightly larger than description. Will update review after a storm. ... show more

  • Nice, Cheap Shed
Size: 5' x 3' Color: Grey&Light Tan
I needed a tall shed to put the long tools (shovels, rakes, etc.) because they wouldn't fit comfortably in our existing shed. I liked that this shed is taller on one side. Overall, it is a nice shed, and I would recommend it. Like every shed I've ever constructed, you spend a lot of time trying to decipher the instructions because they are not entirely clear. That's the main drawback. A very nice thing about construction is that every part, including the screws and bolts are very well labeled. The shed itself is not as durable as the Arrow shed that I have. But, I don't need a heavy-duty shed. Another note: the shed is billed as "lockable," which is technically true. However, the bolt and locking mechanism can easily be removed with a Phillips screwdriver from the outside. ... show more

  • [Revised Assesment] Shed Works with Effort
Size: 6' x 8' Color: Grey with Sliding door
Needed more space than our old single car garage could allow for my tools. Looked into a shed to solve that problem. Leveled the site, built a platform, and started work on building this shed-in-a-box. What a mistake. To actually detail everything that went wrong while building would take too long and the detail would be lost on those that havent already tried their hand building it...but lets try with a few things: Unboxing is fine, arrived in two packages. As other reviewers have commented - the metal will cut you if you arent careful; included gloves are a nice touch but isnt a true value-add to this product. The directions are pictorial and provide a questioning confidence while moving from one step to the next. You will find yourself redoing certain steps as one item was not detailed to fit this way or that. Note: it is actually impossible to assemble this by yourself. You will need a competent second set of hands to aid in building. This is not a solo DIY weekend project. More like a "it takes a village" and a week to put this together. Again, as others have noted, building time is extensive. The most frustrating aspect of this shed is its quality. The design would seemingly work based on its instructions, if it werent for the fact the manfuacturing process got screwed up and >50% holes are drilled in the wrong place. I had to buy metal drill bits to create new holes just to fasten the sides and roof to the frame... [Update] After speaking with Stella, their rep, they provided some clarity that wasnt in the original instructions. They also provided a solution that made this a more worthwhile purchase. Upgrading to 3 stars for their assistance. ... show more

  • I bought 7 of these
Size: 5' x 3' Color: Grey&Light Tan
I needed more storage and wanted to expand my dog run. Win/Win made a wall of sheds that the pit bull who hates fireworks/lightning cannot climb. Door can be configured to open left or right and located on the left or right of the taller 5' wall. Feels sturdy, I finished the bottom with concrete use painters plastic under the concrete to block moisture from the soil, reduces winter condensation and tool rust. And if in a flat area 4-8 bags of 60lb cement is ideal. 5gal Bucket a cement mixing drill attachment will make it easy. Or buy a small cement mixer and one of these sheds for it :-) If you find leaks get silicone. All metal sheds use plastic washers as a terrible sealant and getting the torque right isn't always easy even by hand. If your trying to save time on assembly the wife's 6v hyper tough electric screwdriver has too little torque, the Ryobi one 18v drill/driver has too much torque on the lowest setting. But the harbor freight 12v drill on the lowest setting is about perfect with 7 sheds and 1000 screws that 17$ drill is worth it. You can assemble it by yourself but the best thing is don't anchor the base till it's assembled completely. One you may encounter screws not lining up After you get the 4 corner panels and top frame up Start at the back and work one edge to the other don't jump around or you will need to get a bolt and nut in the middle of the 5ft wall which is difficult Todo alone. Another tip, start with the bolt and nut when starting a new panel it's easier to reach around a flexible panel. Door might take a moment to build correct. Pictures aren't clear galv cross bars only fit on way Hinges and lock need to be built to match the sides depending how you assembled yours. And each corner gets a inner and outer screw. Little hole under big hole. Edges of panels are sharp never push edge of panel to line up holes. Panels cut skin well in that situation :-) 5lbs of pressure is all it takes to cut thick skin contractor bare hands whose hands barely fit in the supplied gloves. Upside blood wipes up easily off the steel. ... show more
