Easy to install by yourself. Material is light, kind of flimsy, but good for what I need it for and price. Does not come with a floor. I used (6) 24x24x2 concrete pavers. Where I live lots of storms, so it needs to be bolted down to concrete. Water does get inside so if you want to keep stuff dry, you’ll have to seal it. When it was time to move it on the slab, I had dad help me carry it just by holding onto the sides, it’s really light. Also comes with tiny little screws. I used a little longer screws for the roof & trim. Ideas: At first I purchased it to use as pool storage, then as I was putting it together, noticed it was a perfect size to turn into an outdoor bathroom. I’ll have to do small modifications. My dad who is 6’, 290lbs can stand inside, but It’s a little tight for him. Perfect for the kids though. ... show more

I needed more storage and wanted to expand my dog run. Win/Win made a wall of sheds that the pit bull who hates fireworks/lightning cannot climb. Door can be configured to open left or right and located on the left or right of the taller 5' wall. Feels sturdy, I finished the bottom with concrete use painters plastic under the concrete to block moisture from the soil, reduces winter condensation and tool rust. And if in a flat area 4-8 bags of 60lb cement is ideal. 5gal Bucket a cement mixing drill attachment will make it easy. Or buy a small cement mixer and one of these sheds for it :-) If you find leaks get silicone. All metal sheds use plastic washers as a terrible sealant and getting the torque right isn't always easy even by hand. If your trying to save time on assembly the wife's 6v hyper tough electric screwdriver has too little torque, the Ryobi one 18v drill/driver has too much torque on the lowest setting. But the harbor freight 12v drill on the lowest setting is about perfect with 7 sheds and 1000 screws that 17$ drill is worth it. You can assemble it by yourself but the best thing is don't anchor the base till it's assembled completely. One you may encounter screws not lining up After you get the 4 corner panels and top frame up Start at the back and work one edge to the other don't jump around or you will need to get a bolt and nut in the middle of the 5ft wall which is difficult Todo alone. Another tip, start with the bolt and nut when starting a new panel it's easier to reach around a flexible panel. Door might take a moment to build correct. Pictures aren't clear galv cross bars only fit on way Hinges and lock need to be built to match the sides depending how you assembled yours. And each corner gets a inner and outer screw. Little hole under big hole. Edges of panels are sharp never push edge of panel to line up holes. Panels cut skin well in that situation :-) 5lbs of pressure is all it takes to cut thick skin contractor bare hands whose hands barely fit in the supplied gloves. It takes two people with lots of patience to put it together, but once built it is great, weather a lot of rain and wind this winter, not a drop of water got in and the wind at 50 miles did not damage it.

I read must of the reviews that people complained about how hard is to set it up I do agree with them but i had no problems setting it up all by myself it took me 4 hrs. but the screws are to short I am in Florida 1t Hurricanes will lift this thing in pieces and hurt somebody. The pictures I post it will show you about t he description where it reads PLASTIC it means clear coat to protect it from rust. so all of the panel the clear coat is lifting or bubbling up. The response from the seller is for me to rip it off. That is a JOKE. Design is good. Instructions are from China, customer support from China, they will hit you with (you have to pay for return shipping) even thou they sold you a DEFECTIVE Item. (DO NOT BUY THIS JUNK) ... show more

Perfect for what I needed, and the price was great! Only reason I gave it four stars instead of five, was because set up is a little difficult. Instructions were somewhat confusing and many of the holes didn't line up correctly. Definitely takes more than one person to complete.

The shed is inexpensive, and you get what you pay for. It needs to be anchored and reinforced, and you need to calk the roof to waterproof it. I switched the roof so that runoff did not go into the larger shed I attached it to. Bad idea. Required cutting down the door. If you want to attach your shed to another structure on the backside, buy another shed. If you buy this one, plan at least a full day to assemble it. ... show more
